Privacy policy

Browsing needs no account and we do not ask for one. Selling needs a Telegram identity, because seller reputation is the point of this platform. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not share anything with third parties except where the law requires it.

• Your numeric Telegram user id, which is the permanent identifier for your account
• Your Telegram username and display name, refreshed each time you use the bot
• The content of every listing you submit: title, description, price, location, category and photos
• Your listing history, including approvals, rejections and the reason given
• A phone number or email, only if you choose to provide one for verification
• Business details, only if you apply to be a business seller

We store the numeric Telegram id rather than relying on the username, because usernames can be changed and reused. It is what keeps a reputation attached to the right person.

You can browse the entire marketplace and contact a seller without creating anything. We record a small amount of anonymous usage data so administrators can see what is working.

• Which listings, categories and seller profiles were viewed, and which searches were run
• When someone taps Contact on Telegram, so we can measure how well listings perform
• Whether a visit arrived from the Telegram channel or elsewhere
• A short lived hashed identifier for the browsing session, and a hashed IP address on reports

None of this identifies you by name. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.

If you publish a listing, the following becomes visible to anyone, including search engines.

• Your display name and Telegram username
• Your verification badges and business status
• The month and year you joined
• Your active listings and how many you have completed
• Everything in the listings you publish

Your phone number, email address and any identity or business documents you provide for verification are never published. They are visible only to administrators.

Approved listings are published to the Money Team Albania Telegram channel, including your Telegram username. Anything published to Telegram is governed by Telegram own privacy policy, and a message that has already reached subscribers cannot be fully recalled even after we delete the post.

Conversations between a buyer and a seller happen inside Telegram, not on this platform. We do not see them, store them, or have any access to them.

Listings and their moderation history are kept while your account exists, because they are the seller reputation record. Analytics events are kept in aggregate. Reports and the moderation audit trail are kept for as long as they may be needed to handle disputes and repeat abuse.

Records of Telegram webhook ids used to prevent duplicate processing are deleted automatically after thirty days, and inactive bot sessions are cleared within hours.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for your seller account and its listings to be removed. Message an administrator in the community, or write to the address below.

Some records are kept even after a removal request where we have a legitimate reason, for example a fraud report or a ban that exists to protect other members. We will tell you if that applies.

Credentials and API keys are stored encrypted and are only ever read on the server. Administrator passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in readable form. Sessions are held in cookies that JavaScript cannot read, and the session token itself is stored hashed, so a copy of our database does not hand anyone a working login.

No system is perfect. If you believe you have found a security problem, contact us before disclosing it publicly.
