Terms of use

MTA Market is a listing and discovery platform. Members publish offers to buy, sell or provide services, and other members find those offers and contact them directly on Telegram.

MTA Market is a listing and discovery platform. We are not a party to transactions between users, we do not hold funds, and we do not provide escrow.

Any contract for an item or service is formed directly between the buyer and the seller. We are not the seller, not the buyer, and not an agent, broker, payment processor or escrow provider for either side.

Browsing requires no account. Publishing a listing requires a Telegram account linked through our bot, and you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. We record the numeric Telegram user id as the permanent identifier for a seller account, because a Telegram username can be changed at any time.

You are responsible for everything submitted from your account. Do not share access to it, and do not create additional accounts to work around a restriction or a ban.

When you submit a listing you confirm all of the following.

• You have the legal right to sell what you list, and the item is not stolen, counterfeit or restricted.
• Your description and photos accurately represent the actual item or service.
• Your price and currency are stated honestly, including whether it is negotiable.
• You respond to buyers within a reasonable time, and you mark the listing sold once it is gone.
• You do not list the same item repeatedly to gain visibility, and you do not create multiple accounts.
• You comply with Albanian and Kosovan law, and with the rules in our safety guide.

Some categories of goods and services are never permitted here, including stolen or counterfeit goods, compromised online accounts, weapons, drugs, custody of money or cryptocurrency, escrow, and unauthorised regulated financial services. Crypto and peer to peer trading, and the trading of social media accounts, are disabled by default on this platform and remain so unless and until the operator enables them after confirming the applicable legal and compliance position.

Every listing is reviewed before it publishes. Approval means a moderator saw nothing that breaks our rules. It is not a verification that the item exists, is authentic, or is as described, and it is not an endorsement of the seller.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, take any of the following actions.

• Refuse a listing at moderation, with a reason sent to the seller.
• Edit a listing to correct a category, a formatting problem or an obvious error.
• Suspend a listing immediately, removing it from the marketplace pending review.
• Restrict a seller account, limiting how much they can list.
• Suspend or permanently ban a seller account.
• Remove or edit the corresponding post in the Telegram channel where possible.

Every moderation action is recorded in an internal audit trail with the administrator responsible, the time, and the reason.

A verification badge represents only the specific check we performed, and nothing more. It does not mean we have assessed a seller honesty, their ability to deliver, or the quality or authenticity of anything they list. Do not treat a badge as a reason to skip your own checks.

Sellers may pay for featured placement, a bump, a subscription, or sponsored placement. Paid placement is always visibly labelled, and it never removes organic results or hides unpaid listings. Prices are set by the operator and can change.

Paid visibility buys placement only. It does not buy approval, it does not exempt a listing from moderation, and it does not imply we endorse the listing. A promoted listing that breaks the rules is removed like any other, and payment for the unused period is at the operator discretion.

When a listing is approved we publish a formatted post to the Money Team Albania Telegram channel containing your listing title, price, location, category and Telegram username, with a link back to the listing page. Submitting a listing is your consent to that publication.

When a listing is sold, suspended, expired or removed we update or delete that channel post where Telegram allows it. Where an edit is not possible the listing page on this site is the authoritative record.

You keep ownership of your listing text and photos. By submitting them you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and publish them on this marketplace and in the Telegram channel, for as long as the listing exists and for a reasonable period afterwards in our records and audit trail.

Do not submit anything you do not have the right to publish, including photos taken from other listings or from the internet.

The marketplace is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between members, from the accuracy or legality of a listing, from the conduct of any member, or from any interruption to the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continuing to use the marketplace after a change means you accept the updated version.
